Relaxation


Question:  I am a home health aide.  I go to about four to five homes every day.  At the end of the day I am so tired.  Can you give me some rest tips?

Answer:  Calm yourself on your way home.  Remember nothing can replace a hot bath.  Quiet music.  Wind down.  Pray and thank God for another great day.  Stay positive.  Respite is so important every day.  Take care of yourself so that you can care for others.  Remember that!
